    Security on Property Investments

For all of our investors, City FX investment provides multi-levelled investment security. With ring fencing property assets and equipment, plus issuing floating charges to investors in property investment funds.

Of course, the risk of the investment itself still exists. But we limit, as much as possible, external events or the affect associated companies may have if they come in to difficulty. The main assets within our property investments will always default to the control of the investors. Investment assets cannot be drawn in to any associated company debt or liquidation, if this were to occur.

    Floating Charge / Asset Assignment

Due to the obvious asset nature of property investments, assigning property security to investors is quite straight forward. City FX Investment directly controls and manages all of its property investments. However, we assign a floating charge to all investors, so in the event of anything terrible happening to City FX Investment or its property management company, all property assets would remain in the control of the investors. Assets would be given over to investors to either sell and extract their funds, or to take control over and wait on a future return.

Although there is always the possibility of property prices falling below the initial purchase price, or the possibility of properties not generating a return from letting. Having the security of retaining control of the properties in any 'worst case scenario' ensures that investors will always be able to extract a large percentage of their initial investment, or hold on to the property assets for a longer term to allow time for the investment to generate a more healthy return.

With City FX Investments careful property management, the stability of city based property assets and the securities put in place for investors. Our property investments are seen as a low risk healthy return investment.
