    How Much To Invest

City FX Property Investments enable investors to benefit from premium property locations and the security of spreading their investment across multiple properties, with a relatively low investment amount. For our Serviced Property Investments and our Rent to Buy Property Investments you can invest from just £50,000 and anywhere up to £5million.

With any type of investment there is an element risk, but with our property investments there are many safeguards in place to protect capital and secure assets for our investors. Our property investments are seen as low to medium risk. So if you have a large investment portfolio you can allocate a large portion of that to our property investments and still balance your risk to return ratio.

    Investment Pyramid Example

An investment pyramid gives a guideline to the risk and returns associated with a number of investment types. Spreading your investment portfolio across a number of these high to low risk options does create a more balanced risk managed portfolio.

How exactly you divide your portfolio up will come down to each investors personal risk appetite and returns target.

Property should be viewed as a long term investment. With City FX Investment, investors must be comfortable to lock their investment away for an initial 2 year minimum period. Which is in fact a shorter term than many property investments and a lot less hassle than individual property investing and managing. After this period investors can extend their investment, with just a 90 day withdraw notice required, or they can withdraw their investment and the returns.

    Investment Amount

The exact amount you choose to invest in property will depend on your total investment capital. If you have just £50,000 to invest, property is one of the more secure higher return investments. However, you will be placing all of your investment in one sector, spreading your investment across different investment sectors is recommended. If you have a larger investment portfolio you can investment anywhere up to £5million.
